According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in India in May 2022, 58 percent of respondents in the 35 to 44 years age group stated that they were actively working on their mental wellbeing. In the same survey 32, percent of respondents in the 55 years and above age-group stated that they were not actively working on their mental wellness.
