A survey showed that as of June 2023 Colombians' main concern was unemployment. About 49 percent of respondents answered that lack of employment was their biggest worry, followed by poverty and crime with 33 percent each. The unemployment rate in Colombia has been experiencing an oscillating trend since 2015, and in 2020 it stood over 15 percent.
