Share of e-cigarettes users in Italy 2021, by region

In 2021, about 2.8 percent of the Italians aged 14 years and above were using electronic cigarettes. This statistic highlights regional differences in this figure. The regions where the use of e-cigarettes was most common were Emilia Romagna, Lazio, and Umbria, where 3.5 percent of people aged 14 years and older were using this product. Conversely, just 1.3 percent of residents in Aosta Valley smoked electronic cigarettes.
