A survey conducted in 2022, on the topic of alcohol consumption in Italy, revealed that the majority of people who had consumed alcoholic beverages in the three months prior to the query, consumed beer. The second most common alcoholic drink was wine. The least consumed beverage was cider, with just five percent of consumers declaring they drank it.
