Main challenges in launching B2B digital commerce in the Nordics 2024
The role of salespeople still matters in the business-to-business (B2B) environment. According to a 2024 survey, 14 percent of professionals working in the Nordics' B2B companies believed digital sales could hardly replace personal sales, hindering B2B digital sales activities. Another 12 percent of respondents stated that it is challenging to integrate with the existing backend systems.
