It was found that in the last quarter of 2021 the value of mergers and acquisitions in the media and entertainment industry in the Americas reached 207 billion U.S. dollars. This figure included megadeals - those valued at more than five billion dollars. In the corresponding period of previous year the value of transaction including megadeals stood at 185 billion dollars.
