AUM allocation of CPP Investments 2000-2022, by asset type
The volume of assets under management (AUM) by one of Canada's largest public pension funds, CPP Investments experienced steady growth from 2000 to 2022. In 2000, AUM of approximately 33 billion U.S. dollars was solely allocated to bonds. Since then, the CPP Investments' portfolio has become more diversified and as of 2022, the total AUM had reached 432 billion U.S. dollars, allocated between bonds, stocks, and alternatives.
