Gender diversity in the leadership of Truist Bank 2024
As of February 2024, the majority of leadership positions at Truist Bank was filled by men. On the board, 61.5 percent of the directors (eight out of 13) were male, and 38.5 percent (five out of 13) were female. Among the executive and senior level officials and managers in the United States, approximately 72.3 percent of the employees were men. The share of female leaders was the lowest among the executive managers and regional presidents, where more than 75.7 percent of the employees were men.
