Gender diversity in the leadership of Citigroup 2022

In 2022, the share of women in leadership positions at Citigroup was on average 40.2 percent. Interestingly, the share of female leaders was the highest on the board of directors, where 54 percent of the directors were female. Among the executive and senior level officials and managers, as well as the managing directors, the share of female employees was lower, at 41.7 percent and 25 percent, respectively.
