Micro-, small-, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Russia earned the highest revenue in the sector of trade and motor vehicle repair. In 2020, MSMEs registered as legal entities reported earnings of over 31 trillion Russian rubles from these activities, compared to around 7.8 trillion Russian rubles achieved by individual entrepreneurs. Manufacturing and construction were the second and third leading sectors by MSMEs' revenue, respectively.
