In 2022, Ukraine exported iron ores and concentrates worth 560 million U.S. dollars to Slovakia, which was the leading export destination of that commodity. In the previous year, Ukraine's leading export destination of iron ores and concentrates was China. In total, the value of Ukrainian iron ores and concentrates exports reached nearly three billion U.S. dollars in 2022, having decreased sharply from 2021.
