Share of female managing directors at Citigroup 2022 by region

In 2022, the share of female managing directors at Citibank was 33.2 percent worldwide. Gender equality in terms of the number of female managing directors was the highest in North America, where the number of female and male managing directors represented around a third of the team composition. The rest of the regions showed lower female representation in the number of managing directors. In Europe, Middle East, and Africa, the share of female managing directors was approximately 27.5 percent. The share of female managing directors were the lowest in the Asia Pacific, at 13 percent, and in Latin America, at 6.9 percent.
