In 2021, approximately one half of the surveyed Russians did not use home delivery service offered by e-pharmacies of the country because they were not willing to pay for shipping, . For others it was easier to purchase medicines directly at the pharmacy. Furthermore, about seven percent of the survey participants were not aware of such an option.
