Amount of broad-leaf foliage houseplants purchased per person in the U.S.2020
According to a survey released in 2021, 99.8 percent of respondents in the United States purchased at least one broad-leaf foliage houseplant in 2020. Most of those, around 55.2 percent, purchased just one such plant, while approximately 37.3 purchased two to five.
