According to a 2021 survey on accessing product or service information, 57 percent of respondents in China who already knew what they were planning to purchase indicated that they preferred accessing e-commerce websites for product or service information. On the other hand, 48 percent of the respondents indicated that they preferred a mall or an outlet experience.
