Most popular pharmacy purchase scenarios in Russia 2021

In 2021, the majority of the surveyed Russians preferred to either order medicaments online with a later pickup at the pharmacy store or purchase them directly at a drug store without a pre-order. To compare, only about 26 percent of the survey respondents used the home delivery option.
