Total hydropower capacity in the Democratic Republic of the Congo 2012-2021
The Democratic Republic of the Congo had an installed hydropower capacity of around 2.7 gigawatts in 2021. This kept stable from the two preceding years. Moreover, between 2012 and 2018, the hydro energy capacity in the country gradually increased from approximately 2.5 gigawatts to 2.7 gigawatts.
