Beauty was one of the segments experiencing the highest price increases on Amazon in the United States between 2021 and 2022. As of August 2022, the price of beauty products registered a median price increase of 11 percent in the previous 12 months. Boys' apparel, in turn, only showed a price growth of two percent.
