Android store rating of banking apps in Germany Q1 2022, by selected apps
In the first quarter of 2022, the highest rated banking app among the surveyed apps in Germany was Revolut, which had a rating of 4.7 stars on Android devices. Apart from Revolut, Commerzbank and Deutsche Bank reached a rating of 4.6 and 4.5, respectively. The average store rating across the market was 3.9 stars. The popularity of Revolut is also reflected in the number of its users. In 2022, the number of customers using Revolut reached 18 million worldwide, which made Revolut the largest European online bank in terms of customers.
