According to a survey on workplace mental health in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region in 2021, 62 percent of respondents working in large companies with more than 250 employees stated that there has been communication regarding mental health in their workplace in the past year. 44 percent of respondents stated that employers have not communicated with staff regarding mental health in the past year.
