Investment banking revenue loss in leading U.S. banks due to Russian invasion 2022
In the first quarter of 2022, several leading banks in the United States reported losses in their investment banking revenue due to the consequences of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. As of April 2022, investment banking revenue fell 43 percent at Citi, 37 percent at Morgan Stanley, 36 percent at Goldman Sachs, and 32 percent at JPMorgan.
