Change in intention to use and carry cash among Vietnamese 2021

According to a survey on consumer payment behavior conducted in September 2021 in Vietnam, around 65 percent of Vietnamese respondents intended to carry less cash in their wallets. At the same time, almost a third of the surveyed consumers planned to stop using cash altogether.
