Small businesses' opinions about Amazon Marketplace in the U.S. 2022

A survey carried out in the United States in January 2022 showed that managers from most small businesses feel that Amazon algorithms are not neutral, favoring Amazon's products. Four out of ten respondents from independent businesses did not find the way Amazon charges Marketplace sellers fair and reasonable, while one-third of survey respondents thought Amazon’s policing of fraudulent retailers was far from being good.
