NHS England: views of staff on leaving their current organization 2018-2023

According to a 2023 survey, the opinion of NHS staff across England was rather divided when asked about the possibility of leaving their organization. During that year, approximately a third of surveyed NHS staff stated to have often thought about leaving the NHS. This has increased slightly over the past five years. Nonetheless, currently, roughly 44 percent of surveyed NHS staff stated to have not often thought about leaving their organization.
