French consumers' perception on whether EVs will replace ICE vehicles 2021

As of November 2021, 54 percent of French respondents did not believe electric vehicles could fully replace internal combustion engine vehicles in the future. Most of these respondents were above 60 years old, came from rural areas, and self-reported as poorly informed on electric vehicles.
