According to a survey conducted by Vodus Insights on the housing market in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 37 percent of potential home buyers were looking at purchasing a home that was less than 250 thousand Malaysian ringgit. This was followed by 31 percent of respondents who were looking to buy a home that cost between 250 thousand and 500 thousand Malaysian ringgit.
