According to a survey carried out among physicians who were not using video conferencing or video visits in Canada in 2021, 18 percent advised that patient´s difficulties with technology was preventing their interest in the use of this virtual care. Furthermore, 16 percent cited a need for in-person visits or physical exams as opposed to video appointments, while 14 percent said time was a factor preventing the use of video virtual care.
