According to a survey carried out among physicians in Canada in 2021, almost 90 percent reported their patients found it easy to receive care through virtual care utilized by telephone. Furthermore, around 70 percent of physicians said it was easy to provide virtual care through video visits, and 65 percent would like to provide more care via video.
