According to a survey conducted in South Korea from late 2020 to early 2021, medical doctors stated that they had an average of 77 days off in total in 2020. This figure includes weekends and public holidays, as well as individual vacation days taken and sick days due to having a coronavirus (COVID-19) infection. Most of these free days were Sundays.
