India's population of television viewing individuals was comprised of young viewers aged between 2 and 14 years, primarily, that amounted to nearly 230 million in 2020. The next largest group comprising roughly 158 million TV individuals, fell within the age range of 22 to 30 years. The overall number of Indians with access to televisions in that year grossed over 890 million.
