According to a survey conducted in South Korea from late 2020 to early 2021, the majority of South Korean doctors studied medicine in the capital city of Seoul, at over 63 percent of respondents. A further seven percent studied in the Gyeonggi province while 5.5 percent studied in the port city of Busan.
