According to a survey of management and IT professionals working in Italian companies, as of February 2022, secure authentication of online meeting access (e.g. via active directory integration and single sign-on) was a measure adopted by 64 percent of respondents. Additionally, in order to keep online meeting and team communication platforms safe and private, 42 percent of respondents reported implementing confidentiality restrictions such as preventing invitations to external users and restricting who can record meetings online.
