In 2021, the segment dedicated to producing pay TV programs in Mexico generated around 600 million Mexican pesos in revenue, up from 433 million pesos one year before – an annual decline of over 38 percent. Meanwhile, the Mexican music video and TV commercial production industry saw its revenue decrease by nearly 47 percent in 2020.
