In 2022, SPAC IPO activities in the leading five European stock exchanges raised nearly 1.7 billion U.S. dollars combined. Euronext, in Amsterdam and Paris, raised 721 million U.S. dollars from SPAC IPOs. The London Stock Exhcange (Main and AIM) was the second leading exchange in Europe in terms of SPAC IPOs, with proceeds value of 609 million U.S. dollars.
