Job postings to work with apps in the U.S. 2022

According to a study on the mobile app economy conducted in the United States, in January 2022 there were approximately 2.56 million job postings related to positions in the mobile app economy, up by 1.74 percent compared to August 2020. Since the launching of the Apple App Store in July 2008, the number of jobs advertised in the app economy has experienced a constant growth trend, which only started slowing down in 2020. Since November 2011, the number of advertised app-related jobs in the U.S. has increased by approximately 450 percent.
