The COVID-19 pandemic was not just a serious crisis because of its impact on deaths and hospitalizations, but affected heavily individuals' mental health and quality of life. This statistic presents the results of a survey conducted among Italian adults during the first COVID-19 wave, in April 2020. The results showed an increased probability of feeling depressed by women and men of different ages. Women had an higher probability than men for all age groups.
