A survey conducted in Taiwan between May and October 2020 asked the respondents about their satisfaction with domestic hotels' service accessibility, for example, the ease to check-in and check-out, availability of the facilities a customer would like to use, or getting assistance from a service personnel. Around 39 percent of respondents reported that, in their experience, hotel services were very easy to access.
