Support for sex and gender issues taught in U.S schools 2022, by party
As of April 2022, a third of polled Americans are strongly opposed to sexual orientation and gender identity topics being taught or discussed at any level of compulsory education (K-12), while twenty-one percent strongly support it. Across political party lines, almost 60 percent of Republicans were strongly opposed, compared with 14 percent of Democrats.
