From 2019 to the first quarter of 2022, the total value of de-SPAC deals involving a European target was almost 113 billion U.S. dollars. The United States was by far the largest acquirer nation, with a total value of around 92.5 billion U.S. dollars. The United Kingdom and Luxembourg were the next leading acquirer nations with deal values of approximately six and three million U.S. dollars respectively.
