Quarterly capacity allocation of TSMC Q4 2021-Q3 2022, by process node
In the first quarter of 2022, the Taiwanese semiconductor manufacturer TSMC allocated around nine percent of its production capacity to making 4/5nm process nodes. As of the start of the year, the company began manufacturing 3nm nodes (N3), which are the latest generation of process nodes. According to the source, TSMC would increase its production capacity of N3 nodes throughout 2022.
