According to a survey among pharmacists and purchasing managers, in nearly 53 percent of cases when Russian consumers came to a pharmacy to pick up their online orders, they did not make any additional purchases in the fall of 2021. In nearly 22 percent quarter of such cases, the customers bought something else at a pharmacy based on a recommendation from staff.
