Leading negative impacts of COVID-19 among SMBs in Hong Kong 2021

According to a survey conducted in Hong Kong in 2021, among those surveyed SMBs who reported a negative impact from COVID-19, 58 percent experienced a decrease in demand. The other two significant negative impacts were fewer offline customers and supply chain issues, with 46 and 40 percent separately.
