Fewer consumers in some of the biggest live music markets were booking concert tickets between 2020 and 2022. According to results from the latest 2022 Statista Global Consumer Survey, 10 percent of U.S. respondents said they had booked tickets to music events, concerts, and/or festivals in the last 12 months, compared to 25 percent surveyed in 2019.

2019: two waves from January 23 to September 3
2020: two waves from February 5 to August 20 (for China: May 11 to November 11)
2021: four waves from January 4 to December 21
2022: two waves from July 5 to June 24
