According to a survey conducted in the United States in June 2021, 55 percent of respondents aged between 25 and 55 years of age reported an increase in their usage of telemedicine appointments (talking to your doctor via video call) since the COVID-19 began. Overall, engagement with various digital technologies has increased since the pandemic. However, those in the oldest age group reported the lowest increase in usage of digital health.
