On May 3, 2022, leaked documents indicated that the United States Supreme Court intends to overturn Roe v. Wade. U.S. adults were asked if the overturning of Roe goes ahead, would they be more likely or less likely to vote in November's midterm elections. While 36 percent of respondents said it would make them more likely to vote, and nine percent of respondents said it would make them less likely, the majority of respondents indicated that it would not make a difference in their voting intentions.
Roe v. Wade was the Supreme Court ruling that protected the right to seek abortion services.
