During a survey carried out in Colombia in September 2021, around 52 percent of respondents said they would continue to spend the same amount of time watching cable TV and/or subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) content after the restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 outbreak were lifted. Approximately 17 percent of the interviewees stated that they would reduce the time a little, while 15 percent said they would increase it a little. Over 90 percent of responding internet users subscribed to pay TV and/or video streaming services in Colombia in 2021.
