The ketogenic diet seems like popular trend, but the number of new keto-friendly products launched between 2019 and 2021 is a relatively small share compared to other products. Between June 2019 and May 2020, only 1.3 percent of new food and beverage products had a keto claim. During the same period the following year, this increased slightly to about 2.3 percent.
