Foreign investment in the Asia Pacific (APAC) property market in the second half of 2021 reached closed to ten billion U.S. dollars. North America was the largest foreign investor, with about 8.7 billion U.S. dollars worth of cross-border capital investments, while European investors accounted for the second largest share of investment (0.9 billion U.S. dollars). In the same period, Sydney, Singapore, and Melbourne were the most attractive APAC markets for foreign investors.
