In 2021, 51 percent of British full-time employees belonging to an ethnic minority experienced microaggressions at their workplace. According to the Global Consumer Trends report on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by Dynata, almost the same share of employees with white and ethnic minority background in the United States reported having heard unintentionally hurtful things in a workplace.
