A 2021 survey showed that business-to-business (B2B) buyers' expectations from their suppliers have increased significantly since the pandemic. As B2B shoppers purchase online more than before, process issues are perceived more often (54 percent of answers). According to almost 20 percent of respondents, B2B e-commerce became more challenging since March 2020 because B2B buyers increasingly expect a customer journey as smooth and easy as business-to-consumer purchases.
